regulations require funding for oversight agencies. the GoP has spent the last four decades ensuring that Government does not work under the rubric "Cutting Costs, Lowering Taxes, and creating business-friendly environments" all to the benefit of Korporations like Freedom Industries who are left "free" from any social and legal moderation,this clipping says it all:
