Bill Levis of Colorado consumer office to join FCC advisory panel - The Denver Post:

The Federal Communications Commission has appointed Bill Levis, director of the Colorado Office of Consumer Counsel, as the consumer advocate on the seven-member Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service.
